Open only to legal residents of all 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Each Competition Period is exactly 30 days. The active Competition Period begins [PLACEHOLDER: START DATE, TIME, AND TIMEZONE] and ends [PLACEHOLDER: END DATE, TIME, AND TIMEZONE] ("Competition Period"). Competition Period dates are announced at play.reallybaked.us. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device.
No purchase necessary. Entry is free. Any eligible visitor may play the arcade game at play.reallybaked.us free of charge by confirming they are 21 years of age or older and entering a TOKER TAG (4–8 characters). Guest play is available without competition registration and is not required. To compete for prizes, an eligible player must optionally enroll by providing a TOKER TAG, a valid email address, and confirming they are 21 years of age or older. After completing email verification, each completed run with a submitted score during the Competition Period constitutes one entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per registered player during the Competition Period, subject to the rate limits in Section 10. No purchase provides any additional entry, attempt, life, score, multiplier, boost, or competitive advantage of any kind.
The three eligible registered entrants holding the highest verified scores on the prize leaderboard at the close of the Competition Period are the potential winners (ranks 1, 2, and 3). In the event of a score tie, the entrant with the higher wave reached advances. If a tie remains unresolved after wave comparison, Sponsor may conduct a skill-based tiebreaker at its discretion or award equivalent prizes to remaining tied eligible potential winners. Random selection is never used to determine winners. Potential winners are not final until eligibility and scores are verified by Sponsor.

No cash equivalent or substitution, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
At the close of each Competition Period, Sponsor will announce the TOKER TAGs of the top-3 potential winners at play.reallybaked.us. Each potential winner must complete the prize claim at play.reallybaked.us/claim.html within 7 calendar days of announcement, providing their full legal name and shipping address. Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the email address provided and verified at competition registration. Failure to claim within 7 calendar days may result in forfeiture. Submitting a claim does not constitute final winner status. Sponsor will verify score integrity and eligibility before confirming winners. The registered email address is used solely for Sponsor to contact the potential winner and is never displayed publicly.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose scores are determined to have been generated through bots, macros, automation, modified clients, API tampering, exploits, or any fraudulent or manipulative means. Disqualified scores are removed from the leaderboard and are ineligible for prizes. Sponsor's verification and disqualification decisions are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the competition. By participating, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from their participation or from the acceptance or use of any prize.
Entries are subject to automated rate limiting (maximum 20 submitted scores per device per hour) to protect competition integrity. This limit does not restrict free play — only leaderboard score submissions.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, subject to applicable law.
